Arab Opinion Polls
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE wanted to know how a vast swath of the Arab World, Iran and the United States viewed the role of social media in the 2011 Arab Spring. In addition they hoped to discover how the residents of these countries felt about Iraq and Afghanistan and their personal political concerns.
THE BOTTOM LINE
ZRS designed a series of written, telephone and online surveys for 1,000 residents in Tunisa, Egypt , Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran and the United States. These were implemented in partnership with JZ Analytics. ZRS produced four reports that included executive summaries written by Dr,. James Zogby, which detailed all the survey findings and providing a narrative anaylsis of these findings. These were printed and presented in a folder to attendees of the Sir Bani Yas Forum held in UAE in November 2011. In addition, Dr. Zogby presented the findings at the Forum complete with powerpoint presentation.
